Group Fare Terms and Conditions

  1. Fare and Fare Quote :
  • Fares will be quoted on a first-come-first-serve basis subject to availability of seats, written confirmation and payments must be received.
  • All bookings are subject to applicable taxes at the time of confirmation of the booking.
  • Fares are subject to the availability of seats at the time of booking.
  • Fares will be quoted on a first-come-first-serve basis subject to availability of seats, written confirmation and payments must be received.

 

  1. Payment Structure :
  • If the group size is 2-7 (Only for Domestic Sector)
    • Full amount to be paid immediately
  • If the group size is 7+ (Only for Domestic Sector)
    • Payment structure varies with Airline. Kindly get in touch with us for a complete breakup of terms and conditions depending upon your journey.

Other payment terms:

  • Under no circumstances, payment will be received in cash where the total booking amount exceeds INR 1,99,000 (Rupees one lakh and ninety-nine thousand).

 

  1. Names :
  • Names of passengers of a group booking must be shared at least 8 days before departure of the flight.
  • If the names of the passengers are not provided 8 days before the departure of the flight, the group booking will be cancelled and the full payment will be forfeited, except for the passenger service fee and user development fee.
  • Once the names of the passengers are updated in the booking reference / PNR, any request for change/alteration of the names of such passengers will not be permitted.

 

  1. Condition for Cancellation and Date Change :

 

  • Cancellation is not permitted for a Group Booking.

  1. GST :
  • Contact number and email id are mandatory when a PNR is created. Kindly update GST details before the creation of the booking.
  • Once the PNR is created, GST updation will not be possible.

 

  1. Additional Info
  • Any discrepancy to your booking is to be reported within 24hrs of PNR creation
  • Meal requests to be notified at least 24 hours before departure.
  • Reporting time for groups must be at least 03hours before the departure.
